Gad to shout for assistance from my lass as the whole lot was stuck to my hands when mixing, there was nothing left in the bowl !! Sets bloody quick or I've done something wrong...

It does set quickly mate, use a wooden spoon to mix, not your hands, i made that mistake before i posted the recipe up, i had the stuff allover my hands and couldnt get it off.

Hartley's jelly, sugar free strawberry is what i usually use, its the crystals, not solid jelly.
