Possibly use 30-50 grams more of whey than listed in the original ingredients.

What could i use instead of St.Ivel spread?

I cant find it in my local supermarket?

you can use flora diet spread instead which ive used before, only a modest increase in cals but still tastes awesome

The ones I made, I had 1 a day so that lasted a week and where still fine.

They will keep for a while.

I left mine to set in the fridge for a while, and then cut them out with a knife. They came out of the tub easily

i let them set for about 5hours

maybe wasnt long enough..

i believe agar agar is a natural jelling for vegetarians, H&B might sell it you can give that a go

yes mate its pretty good as it goes, find it sets better than the hartleys as it sets at room temp whereas the hartleys needs a fridge, so when you make Gaz's awesome bars it sets much harder
