If you dont like almonds then you can leave them out or use ground almonds. Or replace them with more peanut butter.

Pics would be good mate. Possibly use 30-50 grams more of whey than listed in the original ingredients. Ground almonds i have found in sainsburys.

you can use flora diet spread instead which ive used before, only a modest increase in cals but still tastes awesome

I left mine to set in the fridge for a while, and then cut them out with a knife. They came out of the tub easily

yes mate its pretty good as it goes, find it sets better than the hartleys as it sets at room temp whereas the hartleys needs a fridge, so when you make Gaz's awesome bars it sets much harder

Made these the other day and put them in the freezer for 20 minutes before eating them all in one go... Amazing mate, the almost frozen texture was soooooooooo good
