If you dont like almonds then you can leave them out or use ground almonds.

Or replace them with more peanut butter.

Possibly use 30-50 grams more of whey than listed in the original ingredients.

you can use flora diet spread instead which ive used before, only a modest increase in cals but still tastes awesome

yes mate its pretty good as it goes, find it sets better than the hartleys as it sets at room temp whereas the hartleys needs a fridge, so when you make Gaz's awesome bars it sets much harder
