nope very low carbs mate. That whole batch is 440 cals 43g pro 30g fat and 10g of carbs . Texture and weight is the same of fudge too even the taste is spot on. Its bloody heavy as well around 400g

Can you please post the recipe of these choc ones, they look solid and good for transportation and easy to eat.

I made the strawberry fudge ones which are very nice and I will make them again soon but they are a bit too soft and sticky for my liking.

Gaz what about these mate, you inspired me to create this true protein chocolate fudge.

Quick Question!

Its proberly explains it in the 25 pages of posts but i aint got time to read them!

The jelly in the original ingredients, is it the jelly powder that you usually add to boiling water and if so do you just pour the granules into the bottom of the bowl?

its normal sugar free jelly crystals that you put in the bottom of the bowl without adding water to them

No, you dont use water.

You just simply add the jelly powder to the mix.

They are setting now.

I used raspberry jelly and raspberry whey.

How long do you let them set for?

They seem a little dryer then the bars in your pictures at the beginning of the thread.
Do they moisten up with time or could i have put too much protein in?

Lol ehm... well i didn't. It was on my hands, under my nails, my face, all over my keyboard, on my camera.. i even rubbed some into my hair for the 'zoolander' look.

Well worth it for the ball-related amusement tho

Just made this and they taste lovely!

However probably wont make them again Gaz as i had more stuck to the bowl than i could get out

Also mine seemed very thin cmpared to the ones in your picture.

Are they meant to set hard as i dont think i can even get mine off the tray i placed them in to set in the fridge

Edit: just seen that they must set for 4 or 5 hours

I couldnt resist nibbling at them while they were in the fridge...well tasty...pity about the bowl wanting most of them though
