After reading the success Sydmus had, I thought I would give the choccy ones a go Really easy actually, and turned out dead perfect! You were not kidding about the mixture setting quick, it was really a test to get the mixture in the tray and spread before it set! In the fridge as we speak...........

Awesome mate, you may want to maybe lose the tin foil, depending on how well it comes off it.

Gazzy could you use unflavoured whey with strawberry crusha? And would this be suitable for a cut instead ofa usual meal which consists of 150g chicken or salmon with mixed veg? Cheers fella.

Cheers fella. Gazzy lol. Strawberry crusha, not familiar with that to be honest, i would imagine that would up the carbs in the bar. Yes, when i dont have time to eat a whole meal i just have a few bars, they are great.
