Just had a go on these Gaz, your right about the arm workout. That's a day off for me ;)

Did not have St Ivel spread, so used Bertillo olive oil spread, also no almonds so crushed up some of the misssus peanuts (washed 1st), be ok??

Just setting in the fridge at mo, smells ok which is good i suppose..

Should be fine mate, apart from your missus going up the wall for half-inching her peanuts.

You use rowntrees sugar free jelly dont you mate? ? ?

I personally have never seen that, i use Hartley's, so there could be a slight difference in the colour of the products.

                  Just a thought.

                    Look good mate, nice one.

That's the thing isn't it, they are too nice to just leave in the fridge.

I made some strawberry (jelly) and banana (nesquick) flavored bars last night and they taste surprisingly good TBH.

Skindog. I thought the same but you do get used to them. Plus they do not set very well if you only use one packet.

2 sachets of Hartly's sugar free stuff.

I think each sachet is 14 grams.

Just thought I would let you know I made the crazy lemon and lime, with strawberry nesquick and a hand full of mixed fruit and nuts in and I really like them. The consistency is very very fudge like and tastey.

I live in Canada, unfortunately we don't have quark here( or at least I cant find it, haha), but used some fat free cottage cheese, with some omega-3 fat margarine. Tasted them so far, and I must say they are excellent, but they are very gooey? This normal, or is it because I altered the ingredients some.

Possibly too much cottage cheese or maybe a bit too much margarine.
