Theres nothing worse for making you want to stay in bed than getting up to go into the cold!

I remember when i used to have to get up early in the mornings to fit in AM cardio and i would set my alarm for 5am to go out for 4 mile runs in the winter!

    This evening i worked my triceps.


    Close Grip Bench Press

    15 reps with 60kg (warm up)
    9 reps with 95kg
    9 reps with 95kg
    7 reps with 97.5kg
    4 reps with 100kg
    2 reps with 100kg


    Lying Tricep Extensions (EZ bar)

    12 reps with 43kg
    9 reps with 45.5kg
    7 reps with 45.5kg
    5 reps with 48kg
    5 reps with 48kg


    Tonights was a much better workout than last weeks in terms of volume. Got a slight pain in my left arm again when i hit the 100k but it was'nt too bad, although i would of liked to have hit 5 reps with it... maybe next week.

    I decided to lower the weight a little on the tricep extensions and it was well worth it. A small weight difference allowed for a good increase in reps, so my overall output was improved from last week.

              Rack - It's a fairly sharp pain but it was around the base of the tricep area only last night, it passed shortly after so i'm not too bothered as i can tell it's getting better now.


              Mick - No cardio today. I did'nt plan to though as i went out on the town last night and did'nt get home till nearly 5am! Not long been up! Won't be doing any cardio this week now, it will start next week... i'm sure i've heard that somewhere before.....

                  What a lazy day i've had of sitting around at home doing fcuk all! Felt tired and a bit crappy from last night, thats why. Had a good night but i do hate the morning after...

                  Decided i'm not going to do any more training this week, just a few days off then i should be nice and refreshed for Monday.

                  ...still got a nice bit of lower back ache from Tuesdays deadlifts.

                            It's not going too bad at the moment Deadweight, cheers. I feel good for having the last couple of days off from training so that was definitely the right choice.

                            Got all my food shopping in yesterday and today, so next week i should keep diet on track. It's the diet and cardio that is letting me down slightly. Although i am fairly happy with my progress i still know i can do a lot better.

                            Sunday must be an early night for me so i can get the week started on track.

                            Summer is slowly creeping up so i want to step it up another gear now. I'm quite happy to admit that it's always been motivation for me... get in shape for the summer.

                                        I'm not on a cut at the moment, the cardio is simply for my health and fitness.

                                        I plan to start dropping a little fat in a month or two maybe, not really decided for sure yet. I've never used Clen but i will most likely be using ECA when i do cut.
