Could someone give me an idea of the differences between these federations.
I was planning on entering bnbf centrals but the npa show is only 2 weeks later and half an hour down the road from me so would be easier for my first contest.

Any help or advice would be great.

GOALS:

272.5kg DEAD (CURRENT 265kg)

227.5kg SQUAT (CURRENT 200kg)

160kg BENCH (CURRENT 135kg)

136kg OVERHEAD (CURRENT 119.5kg)

BECOME A TOP UNDER 90KG STRONGMAN

Biggest difference I know of is that NPA is lifetime drug free whereas BNBF is 10 years

Okay, didn't know that, thanks. I'm lifetime drug free so okay for both.
