NPA UK, Pro AM

Going to be a good show guys.....get along to see just how it can be done naturally

R U COMPETING AT THIS NPA SHOW KITTY?

After some long and hard consideration and deliberation and swapping and changing my mind I've decided not to do that UK. I obviously would want to qualify for the final and the thought of two more weeks, comp preping is just doing my head in. It's pity it's not a week before the BNBF final and then the NPA final the following week....might be able to cope with that. I'll be back next year

So its 2 week after the bnbf final the npa?

I know hat u mean about the contest prep, on the night of my 1st show in mansfield ive got loads of chocolate lined up for the night and maybe 2 pizzas a burger and chips for the night lol, ive been craving that much, but ill have to get straight back into contest prep the day after for my second show 2 weeks later, i hope it doesnt put too much fat on me,

The NPA UK is only one week after the BNBF final but their final is another 2 weeks later. So in total if I qualified it would be another 3 weeks of dieting. One I think I could tolerate but 3!! And I ain't entering a comp without the hope and intention of qualifying. Good luck though mate, make a stand for MT

I agree K - you need to concentrate on letting your body heal and bounce back and pack on some serious quality beef

I will be at the NPA finals - and I have to say thanks to Michael Phillips who is putting me in the press seats so i can do an even better job of the show report - I do have to buy him a pint tho

Really excited as I am travelling down with Ian Stocks who is in the unders 70s and he is looking phenomenal in the gym right now - he is among the top in his weight class natural or not thats for sure.

Chorley in Lancs, so it's a pretty decent drive to get there but not TOO far

Good luck to all in todays last qualify for the British final. Sorry won't be there to watch but I'll be thinking of the comp all day
