Thanks Topher, Weighing 14stone 10 at the moment but carrying a fair bit (20%+) bit of chub. Defo going to take up MMA soon, i'm out of work at the moment and finding it quite hard to find anything suitable, was supposed to be starting a graduate level job this Sept but it got delayed a year..Annoying. Have done a it of sub wrestling in the past and enjoyed it. Where you training bud?

Thats a pain in the a55 about the job mate, i sort of know how your feeling because my business went bust recently. It was fairly new though so i didnt have much chance of surviving when the recession kicked in. Good luck getting it sorted fella. I reckon you'll love MMA when you get there. Im training in Bristol, i trained at one club on monday but im gonna switch clubs and go somewhere else today. Ive been told that if i want to get serious about it i should check out leigh remedios's club in Chippenham.
And Robert is most definately your mothers brother

Deadlift 60kg x3 60kg x3 100kg x2 140kg x1, belt from now on 180kg x1 210kg x3 All time PB! Good Morn, No Belt bar x5 40kg x3 60kg x3 75kg x3 90kg x3 100kg x3, Form OK Chins, Thought I'd see how many I can pump out BW x10, most i've done in a long time BW x7 BW x5 One Arm DB Rows 17.5s x6 25s x6 35s x6 45s x5 50s x5, Hard to balance Kneeling Pulldown Abs 20kg x8 40kg x8 60kg x8 80kg x8 80kg x8 80kg x8 Elliptical: 20 mins Hill Comment; 210kg is an all time PB so quite happy there. Going to do a light week next week then have a go at 212.5kg x3 the following week.

Dave- thanks for that, may well give it a go in the future. Topher- Mate has started training at Trojan Free Fighters Bristol and likes it, the BJJ coach comes highly rated from what i've read. Nightmare trying to find a job at the mo, hopefully going to get something sorted soon so I can get MMA training, the bus fare to the gym is stretching me at the mo, lol.

Jack; I did 227.5kg the other week, and 235kg is my all time PB. When I pulled 200kgx3, I got 222.5kg as a single. I am pretty good at singles compared to reps. So using crude maths I should now be good for 232.5kg... Cricket; Cheers mate! Really want 240kg this year!

Excellent pulling mate. Trying to catch you up would be good motivation. Boar is playing games on deads , he's pretending he's pulling max singles but making them look easy. I have yet to see a 'F' next to any of his attempts !
No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH - drab4

Pagan; LOL, Boar is holding back on deads for sure, I think he his good for 225kg ish based off his 210kg. Don't think its mind games though, just think he needs to slap some weight on the bar! 200x1 next week, 215x2 the following week. 220+ for a double being the aim. You will be surpassing me in no time at all at your current rate of progress!

Went to clap clinic today, all good, have to wait 4 weeks to see if my knob is going to fall off though. Had a look around Bethnal Green as i'm thinking of moving there. Nice place, kind of reminded me of Fallowfield, i.e. a bit grimy, 'cosmopolitan'n and full of kebbabies. Tried one of their kebabs out for research purposes and it was no where near that of those found in Fallow/Manc... Pita?! WTF?! Found 'Muscleworks Gym', looks like a good place, it is famed for its bb'ing so not sure how well i'd fit in there. If I lived nearby I would go though for sure.

Comment; Push Press felt good, think 95kgx3 should be there. Fronts felt the best have ever done, real deep and good form. Going to keep working hard on these.
