Sponge, I'd deffo be up for a little challenge (haven't got a moby at the moment though).

How about first to a 200kg deadlift for starters? 200 squat is a LOT longer off for me, maybe even 6 months away. The Deadlift could be done in a month I think.

How are you going mate? Back training? Looks like we've both had some time off!!

Yeah im fine. my mum died not so long ago so bit of a **** year really! But its made me get up off my arse lol.

To be quite honest i could deadlift 200k in a week easily lol.
Squat i could probably squat 200k in a month aswell. Its getting over the weight im finding difficult

Last time i dead heavy squat and dead was last year, October time, 200k dead, 190k squat and that was after 2 years off so i dont anticipate being "weak" as such. Just a long way off new ground.

Set the challenge and see where we go
get a mobile then we'll have to catch up.

Did we pick up any new disease in South America?

i cant imagine the birds being dirtier then mancs :p

Haha- only nailed one bird in Argentina, and yes, she was a bit of a fatty

Where are you based now? Leeds? When I get my driving license back (got banned ) .. I'll deffo be up for a session of maxing out on the deadlifts.

How about first to 215 deadlift to start with?

Good deads again. Seem to have kept you base strength, just need to get used to the less natural movements like pressing etc.

Been very busy with my move to Essex, found a nice little gym though and
