Thai; I'm starting work in London in September.. Gunna probs be living in Essex though for a while. Not as fun as running a sex toy website though Boar; Moving down mid August mate, should be good.

I haven't really trained properly at all for the last two years. In fact, the last two years have probs been the worst of my life! Still, lessons have been learnt and progress in all areas will be made... Flat DB BP 17.5s x5 27.5s x5 35s x5 35s x4 , Left arm lost balance, should have had this really 30s x8 Push Press Bar x 10 40kg x3 60kg x3 67.5 x5 67.5 x3 67.5 x3 Standing DB OHP 12.5s x5 17.5s x5 22.5s x5 17.5s x5 Dips BW x5 +12.5 x5 +15 x4 +10 x4, knackered at this point tbh. Bent Rows, 2x5 warmup 75kg 3x5 Seated Row No.8 3x6 EZ curls +20kg 3x5

I no longer want to focus on powerlifting at the sake of overall fitness and health, I want to carry some decent size though. My aim for the next year therefore is to; Deadlift 240kg raw (5kg PB) Push Press 100kg (10kg PB) Get to 10% bf at some point Get good conditioning BW no more than 86-90kg What books would you guys recommend? Which of Ross E's books should I go for?

Note; Got a months travelling planned to Argentina, but after that, i'll be looking at a minimum; 2x conditioning workouts 2x strength workouts A week, maybe with some moderate cardio sessions too.

Apparently all the books are good, and Never Gymless (the other one I have) is excellent for a change in routine. Even buying all of them it's only 30 quid I think, with UK shipping.

Back in England after a month in Argentina... 1) HOT women 2) Awesome steaks (1kg is a standard size) Back down the gym tomorrow..! Sponge, I'd deffo be up for a little challenge (haven't got a moby at the moment though). How about first to a 200kg deadlift for starters? 200 squat is a LOT longer off for me, maybe even 6 months away. The Deadlift could be done in a month I think. How are you going mate? Back training? Looks like we've both had some time off!!

Yeah im fine. my mum died not so long ago so bit of a **** year really! But its made me get up off my arse lol. To be quite honest i could deadlift 200k in a week easily lol. Squat i could probably squat 200k in a month aswell. Its getting over the weight im finding difficult Last time i dead heavy squat and dead was last year, October time, 200k dead, 190k squat and that was after 2 years off so i dont anticipate being "weak" as such. Just a long way off new ground. Set the challenge and see where we go get a mobile then we'll have to catch up. Did we pick up any new disease in South America? i cant imagine the birds being dirtier then mancs :p
