                                My aim for the next year therefore is to;

                                Deadlift 240kg raw (5kg PB)
                                Push Press 100kg (10kg PB)
                                Get to 10% bf at some point
                                Get good conditioning
                                BW no more than 86-90kg

                                  Note; Got a months travelling planned to Argentina, but after that, i'll be looking at a minimum;

                                  2x conditioning workouts
                                  2x strength workouts

                                  A week, maybe with some moderate cardio sessions too.

                                    If you're always going to have gym equipment and only want to go for one...then Infinite Intensity.

                                    I would go for the whole package though. Apparently all the books are good, and Never Gymless (the other one I have) is excellent for a change in routine. Even buying all of them it's only 30 quid I think, with UK shipping.
