Need a little advice about ibe epistane 31 January 2012 20:51 (permalink)

just about to start my first ever cycle with

people say its quite mild and may not even need a pct but i want to be sure.
do you guys think i need to take anything during the cycle and after? if so whats the best to take.
also on abit of a budget here and can only get otc stuff.

You should use a cycle support supp and get a serm for pct, it's easy to get hold of.
