No point bumping - this is a sticky! The links are bringing up the frontpage as the links no longer exist. They were probably deleted as a result of housekeeping, or, they were lost when MT migrated over to new servers. I thought Tony Starks was trying to retrieve some of these lost threads a while ago.. - I know he got some back, dont know how many, of if he has updated the links which he did retrieve.

Hey Frankie, I'm gonna give this routine a go very soon, a few quick questions f you would be so kind, 5 X 5 all work sets same weight from what I can gague, no light weight warm up? Power cleans, r these regular deadlift/slight jerk into upright row/stop at the shoulders? Again from what I can rad on the posts its 1 exercise of the 3 suggested in each workout? eg. Power cleans, dumbell rows, barbell curls? Then say incline bench, dunbell shoulder press, and dips? Cheers mucker.

Hi Guys I'm thinking of moving over to the HIT routine and was just wondering how many guys follow that sort of routine and the successes or failures that they've experienced with that routine. Thanks in advance TR.

i train with my mate in the gym (he has 5 yrs weight training experience) with great physique! i however only 6 months training under my belt - anyway i tagged with him to learn the ropes properly - i have learnt a great deal but the workout is overtraining me i think , yes it works for him cos he can get faster muscle recovery but not for me. we train mon - chest tues - legs wed - back thurs - bi's / tri's fri - shoulders weekend - rest ! each day we do about 7 excercises on that muscle group - 4 sets each defo overtraining for me? anyway i was thinking of doing this mon - chest / tris tues - CV ! wed - back / bi's thurs - rest fri - shoulders / legs sat - CV ! and doing 4 main excercises per muscle group so my workout lasts about an hour max ! by doing chest and tris together i will exhaust my tris fully and same with back and bi's.. what do you think? any thoughts or advice?
