hi guys! I need some help finalising my diet and training plan any advice will be greatly appreciated, I am hoping to bulk up for 2-3 months and then cut down ready for summer as I have to be in photo shoot shape

Stats
Age-16
Height- 5ft 8
Weight-75kg

Meal 1
2 whole eggs 4 egg whites
60g oats
24g whey protein

Meal 2
1 chicken breast
Cup of brown rice
Green beans

Meal 3
1 chicken breast
Cup of wholewheat pasta
Fresh spinach

Meal 4 (post workout)
Protein shake 37g protein 58 g carbs
Banana

Meal 5
Tuna steak
Brown rice
Broccoli

Meal 6
Casein shake

I currently train with a 2 day split and do 30-45 minute cardio sessions 3 times per week

    Have you worked out the calories and macro breakdown? If you know this information, it becomes easier to adjust for results.
     
    The diet looks pretty good to me on paper. I would perhaps swap the tuna for some salmon, or other oily fish but I'm being picky. I would also keep the yolks in the eggs, no need to waste them.
    I love the smell of steak in the morning...

      Thankyou for that. Yes my maintainace calorie level is 2300, im thinking of uping that around 300 or so calories to about 2600. so 2600/ 6 about 466 calories per meal. That doesnt seem enough calories to bulk though to me? would you up the calories?

        Add some fats in there you dont have any
