I've seen GOMAD on the stringlifts website which is a bulking diet I believe,with the TT300 I just done a clean bulk all the way through,kept my fat intake low as possible.
It all depends on your aims(what's the fat content in the gallon of milk),can you not get the same amount of protein each day without the milk/fat content.
Your best to keep the diet as consistent as possible throughout cycle and beyond,how do you think GOMAD is going.
Trenbolone don't like water,that's why people look leaner/tighter when using tren,you don't get water retention from it.

I am currently drinking Whole Milk - 150cals/70 from Fat/12% fat total
I am 5ft 8" tall, Currently weigh 160lbs, I have been 140-150 for the last year or so. My weight can drop so easy.
My goal with the GOMAD (1 month) was/is to get to 170/180 then cut down, low carbs style/no milk.
I do 3 CrossFit sessions a week, 2 weight sessions a week, lots of Squats.
It's tough going for me consuming so much food & milk, but I am getting there.
I was thinking of keeping this up for another 2 weeks, then eating clean/replace milk with water.
Being honest I am confused as to how long to keep this up/and when to start my 10 week cycle.
Any advice truly appreciated
