Need advise for my first cycle

Hi guys I've just joined the forum hoping to get some clear advise on what to do on my first cycle. I've read a lot of other posts but there's a lot of confusing info out there.
I was looking at running test 400 and I've been advised by my contact that supply's the test to run the following cycle 0.5ml twice a week for 6 weeks and use 1ml of hcg a week starting from the 2nd week and 25mg of proviron twice a day for the entire cycle.
Does this sound like a suttable cycle? Im concerned there should be some more pct such as clomid also it seems like most ppl run a 10 week cycle on test 400 so should I be looking at 10 weeks?
I'd be really greatful for any advise I can get on this, cheers.

i would run it at 1ml per week(400mg) for 10/12 weeks, wouldnt bother splitting one ml.
 
No need for hcg on this cyce i would say or proviron,  just have nolva on hand in case of gyno.
 
For PCT, run a standard nolva protocol three weeks after last jab.

As its only 1ml, your better off doing it once a week. Monday for example, for 10 weeks. Break for 2 weeks after your last injection, then start PCT

Hi mate my very 1st cycle was an oral only, I ran dbol at 30mg e/d and seen great results. As for a 1st Injectable cycle i ran Test E at 500mg for 10 weeks and frontloaded it at 1000mg for the 1st week. As for pct i ran clomid and nolva 2 weeks after last shot. During the cycle i also ran nolva 20mg e/d to keep bk gyno as i suffered from gyno symptoms during my 1st dbol cycle so i fort it was best to be on the safe side
