Hello guys
Well first of all thanks alot for such informative platform help so many people to overcome their problems.My problem is i am under weight my age is 25 ..height is 5'11 and weight is 58 which for me is shamefull i guess.I am looking for around 70 to 75 atleast 70.I am not looking for muscle at this stage first need for weight.my problem is i am working 5 days a week in cafe working as a barista so i have to stand to make coffee so my routine is kinda difficult to alow me to take 4 to 6 meal a day for bulking..i can go for 4 meals a day but  during 8 or 9 hrs work i can go for 1 meal only..like if i start my work from 9 to 6 then i can eat before 9 and between 9 to 6 for once and then after 6.i got 6 months time i wonder if possible 15 KG in 6 months.Please advice me how to manage the time i got and please suggest me some recipes and whey prot and carb suppliments.

        You can get away with eating 3x a day if you get the right amount of cals etc...  You can also take dried fruit, nuts to snack on while you work.  A good way to increase calories...

          It's absolutely possible for you to make some decent lean gains eating 4 meals a day with a suitable training routine.
           
          At your present weight you should have no problems laying down some muscle when you start training and eating right.
