Need help with my cycle

Hi,
Im going on Deca and Growth I have 10ml of deca and 80IU of growth just wanted to know whats best to start off , what amounts would you recommend, im thinking 2ml of deca a week and 4IU of growth every other day, is this right or should it be diffrent?

you might want to run some test with your deca to prevent libido shutdown.
i'm not clued up on growth yet but i think its meant to be run every day.
