Got my needles and what not from a different steroid clinic this time. They asked me a load of questions and I told them I inject greens in my cheeks, and they told me that greens should only be used to draw up and the shorter blue needles should be used for the cheeks. Is this true? I have always used greens since I thought it was important to go deep.

Ouch  !!! I used them in the old days as i knew no better . The needle Exchange was right in greens are only for drawing up the med . You change the green pin to Blue or orange , this veiw on greens only is a sure fire why to build scar tissue in the gultes which i have done . Daz Daz

I use greens. Not painful at all, plus guarantees the depth and allows for less injecting time. Still, I occasionally use blues.
Did you say a steroid needle place?

I looked at the greens once and just said to my self "there is no ****ing way i am sticking that in my bum cheek" i just use them for drawing and blues for glutes and quads.

ive used greens up untill now. In fact last weeks injection was with a green and pushed the needle into my glute a bit too slow. You can feel and hear the muscle tissue tearing as you push through. Not nice. Got blues now thank god. 100 needles, 100 barrels and 100 swabs all for under a tenner on a well known med website that speacialise in stethoscopes. lol
 21 inches son, 21 inches. Yep I know....ya dad's coool.
