    I was only planing on having one a day.

    My freind has loads of them, he got them from an anorexic woman who had them on prescription. She doesn't want them so she gave them to my mate and he didn't want them so he gave them to me.

    The ones I have are foreign, I don't know where from.

    It's designed for clinical supplementation, so if you're getting it free or cheap then yes use it, otherwise I'd spend the money on sports supplements
