    The snow playing was carefully scheduled around my study I'll have you know!

    It was the classic dilemma of boyfriend gives you gift of holiday to see friends in Glasgow, in a week where you really should have stayed home to study... :-(

      Diet good today, despite only waking up to one chicken breast in the fridge oops!
       
      09.30 Wholemeal bagel, 60g smoked salmon
      13.00 100g chicken, 40g brown rice, tsp sweet chilli sauce
      16.30 Chocolate Pro-dessert, 40g brown rice
      20.00 165g Sushi
      22.30 150g salmon, stir-fry veg, balsamic vinegar
       
      YUM!
       
      Weighed in this morning, 9st 12lbs, so have lost a whopping 9lbs since Sunday! Ofcourse that was pretty much ALL water from all the junk I ate last week! Happy with that number so will stay as clean as I have been, cheat at weekend and try and stay as this...

          I'm off eggs and brocolli at the moment, nowt to do with medical science, everyhting to do with I've had them everyday for breakfast for the past 550 days, bar about 20days...

              Thanks Elsa! Am happy that I'm now sitting at a normal weight, even happier that after maoning to Chrissie, I now have 6 (slightly flat) abs staring back at me in the mirror yay!

                Everything was fine until I got to uni last night, then out of 3 hours lecturing, boredom kicked in after an hour and a half... I reached for the mini eggs *chortle chortle*

                  To get towards my fitness goals, I am restructuring my workouts with the first Core workout this morning...
                   
                  Pike jumps to warm up 10 x 2
                   
                  Hanging leg wipers aka LK 10 x 2 (p.s. it's really hard not to swing on these once momentum starts!)
                   
                  V-sits (straight legged)
                  - 10 Straddled
                  - 10 piked
                  - 6 alternate leg (failed was meant to get 10!)
                   
                  Ball pikes 10 reps, 6 reps (failed again to get to 10!)
                   
                  Roman chair hanging leg raises
                  - Straight-legged to failure
                  - Bent legged to failure (2 sets of both)
                   
                  Stretching and splits practice - am about 2 inches from the floor now!!!! Still got video on phone of Liz doing whizzing splits thingy which I'm awaiting impatiently to try once I get there!

                    MINI EGGS!! did you say MINI EGGS! naughty naughty ;-) Elsa is showing a wee smile for the first time today. I'm not alone anymore. But ofcourse.. We will never do it again, right? Or else.....

                        I feel partly responsible for this mini-egg debacle.
                        When I said;

                        ...I did not qualify the level of permissable chocolate content (zero).

                        I think maybe the General Medical Council is going to have to qualify its advice about eating as many 'eggs' as you want too. Somebody didn't think that original statement through given that it is the run up to Easter.

                        Am surprised a canny Cadburys haven't been running an advert featuring '...as per medical advice.'

                                      Today was my first day on my YMCA gym instructor course... And small world, there was a guy on my course who did the Masters Class at the BNBF Southern also on my course!
