Isn't it sad how I relished an extra 15mins! I mean in the grand scheme of things it doesn't mean a lot does it? I've been having such early nights all this week!

              Funny story...

I just went to town to try on evening dresses for a gala dinner malarkey I have to attend through work...

Was in the changing rooms at chic Bay Trading lol And I opened the curtain to get a full-length view of my dress...

One 14-yr old pregnant girl nudges her other preganant mate and goes "Ewww look at her muscles... Gross" then they both stare at me...

I know I should have been angry as such judgemental attitude but... I was really stoked I'm wierd and gross and have noticeable muscles -yay!

So even if nothing is going to plan and I'm gaining weight instead of losing it, at least I still look how I want to even if the scales tell a different story...

Did you catch up with your mom? My mom would be freaked out if she saw me running in the park, she'd be like "whos chasing you?"

I raced down there, it took 5mins flat to get there, then speed-walked for 5mins chatting to her getting my breath back and watching my pooches looking uber stunned and then I took a long route and ran home for the finaly 10mins! Mum thought it was well funny!

AND, my new bed arrives today yay! I'm all kinds of excited about that! I've even got someone to share it with on Monday there is a little luuurrrve in Flick's air...

Told my mates about the comments last night, they were well angry! I was still sitting there like a Cheshire Cat and no-one could understand it

well I see maybe some good cardio on the way when your new bed arrives

anyway, glad to hear things are going well, looked at your pictures the day, really impressive, really good abs. how long to go before your comp? will it be your first? and are you nervous? I know i would be

It's my second, my first was a steep learning curve into the dangers of relying on the mirror only...

Thanks for the compliments, it's my lower half I'm worried about though....!

It's 9 weeks tomorrow til my comp I think... EEK!

The f'king nerve of the silly girls! I can totally understand why you were actually happy with the comments, but I find it awful that people are so utterly judgemental and down on the way of life.

Nothing much really to say other than you're consistently doing great Flick. I'm impressed as usual and looking forward to seeing how the next 9 or so weeks go for you.

And every extra 15 mins counts y'know!

Enjoy your weekend - and the bank holiday

Thanks Lisa it doesn't feel like I'm doing too well solely because nothing's happening except my strength is increasing. But I'll weigh in tomorrow, take pics and go from there. Nothing else I can do until those 2 things are out of the way...

I'm just wayyy too goal-orientated for my own good...

                              Plans for bank holiday are:
SATURDAY Dog walk, food shop, Photos, weigh in, clothes shop, chill out, go out with mates
SUNDAY Morning cardio, relax, relax some more, gym, help mate with her routine, early night
MONDAY Gym, spend all day chilling with my gorgeous date, go for dinner, go to an Indie night and party the night away!
TUESDAY Chill out, go to Hastings for a wee day trip, driving lesson, more chilling out...

A nice relaxing one for me I think! Yay!

Hope everyone has a really nice bank holiday weekend, whatever the weather holds in store...

What a gorgeous, perfect weekend. Love the balance you have in your life Flick, and perfect sense of priority.
Although yes perhaps a little too hard on yourself in terms of your goals, but then you wouldn't want it any other way.

Get those pics up when you have them done and I'm sure we can give you some perspective on how you're doing at the minute.

                                Enjoy!!! xx

                                  FRIDAY:

06.50 20mins cardio, running round the streets
                                  07.15 35g oats, scoop pro-pep, banana YAY!
                                  10.30 130g tuna, 30g rice, tsp oil
                                  14.00 100g chicken, 30g rice

(Should have had 10g more rice for each of these two meals but forgot how much rice I was allowed on a high carb day! And I've only got 2 rice cakes for later! I'm starving! )

Gonna have 2 rice cakes and scoop pro-pep at 4.30pm and then 130g salmon and lots of broccolli about 8pm...

Quick edit to Friday, I had the extra 2 rice cakes about 6pm but obviously still had less carbs as I was 20g of rice down on the day.
For my evening meal I had 150g chicken, 100g broccolli about 8pm.
Then went out at 9.20 for friend's birthday. It was an old school friend but by the time I got to pub she had gone home drunk! Other school friends were still there which was wicked. Can't believe it's been almost 10years since we were all together!

Today I'm gonna have a cooking n cleaning day and maybe do some cardio later if I feel like it but it is meant to be my day off.
Weigh in this morning -wish me luck

                                      SATURDAY

Weigh in 55.4kgs... Lost only 0.6kgs which, according to the scales in Boots, isn't even 1lb!

Have decided to stop worrying about it, if no more weight will come off then that's how it's destined to be. If I did anymore I'd snap and binge and it's really not worth that at all...

                                      So, onwards and upwards!

Right, here are these progress pics just taken. Posing still needs work big style but Im always in a hurry!!

Notes to self are the following:
Further fat loss is DEFINITELY necessary to bring out Quads. I'm much happier with Glutes though...

Abs n Thighs (need to crunch down more on this as there is more Ab there I know it!)
