i get odd days where i,m starving think its when your metabolism kicks in so a good thing, dont worry about the bad day we all have them, last year mine was comp day morning woke up and was sick about 5 times might have been the white wine or rice, i hate it when you havent realised you have run out of something and have to rush to the shops, fresh week tomoorow, apart from that everything seem to be going well keep it up.

I think it's just metablism tbh... Nearly the end of the day now woo hoo!!!!

Home made Turkey curry :-)

HAD an AWFUL dream that made me spring out of bed this morning - I dreamt there were 3 people in my class at the Welsh (now if there is I shall be really nervous).  I was last out of 3 (by miles) and when I got my trophy, ALL the judges, even Vicky, were laughing at me cos I looked soooooo terrible...

I literally woke up in a cold sweat!

Cardio done this morning with added oomph as a result!

Tan - I did walk around in that time looking for inspiration but did:

Rope lying crunches 3 sets
Rope pulldown crunches 3 sets
Pikes on stability ball 2 sets
Side crunches 2 sets
Ab crunch on stability ball with medicine ball crunch 2 sets
Crunches on BOSU 2 sets

:-) Annoyingly, worked really hard but no ache! Awsome abs during today's posing practise though!

Hey there...hope your week is going well....plenty of training and the odd sherry or two...ahem...not that I would encourage such dastardly behaviour...ahem...single malt!...who said that?....lolol

NorthernGal - I rarely drink, NEVER during prep!

Having a fab week here but sleeping rubbish-ly :-(

Trained at Body Academy on Weds, did Back, got loads of pointers and went through some posing with Kerry, which turned out to be useful :-)

Thurs did cardio a.m. on the legendary Stairmaster and then went to MarineCraft to train Shoulders - what a cute gym! Had all old kit, like at Cheetah's so I felt right at home. Then watched lots of BNBF DVD's when we got home (so I've now seen all Chrissie's comps :-D ) I still get scared when I hear the music they play at pre-judging at BNBF Shows! Really excited now.

Today, just finished on Stairmaster, gonna have brekkie then off to Enterprise a bit later to see Liz and Kami. Armies today apparently...

Eating's been 100% spot on, except two late meals on Weds - both because I was in car and food was in boot OOPS! Looking forward to checking weight whenI arrive home tomorrow but arrive of dreaded monthlies means it should be interesting... :-/

I'm still reading all your journals this week, just not posting in 'em all so:

Hi there, glad you're having a good week.....when you say Cheetah's gym...you don't mean the one down on the south coast do you?...I go in there sometimes after a run along the front.....scares the living heebies outta me cos I don't really knwo what I'm doing but the atmosphere gives me a lift and I like reading all the news and stuff they have on the walls...tons of info.....as for the drink...I don't drink much myself, maybe one or two glasses of wine on my rest day....can't really hack it...anyhooo....sounds like you had a good week....:)

Had a huge wobble yesterday, it was a horrid day really :-( Chrissie not around to help, left me in a house with Cal's sweeties and naughtiness whilst she went off to get a spray tan... I was good but it was really really hard.

FABBA Friday at Enterprise, Liz and Kami have made some great improvements to the gym, it looks fab! Had a go at Argos Abs and still think someone can do them - just not me. YET.

Looking forward to getting home to Carl today, morning cardio done then went for a walk along the shoreline in Cardross which was nice. Chrissie been faffing all morning in preparation for her Valentine's trip to London later on today so not seen her much.

Have learnt a LOT about myself this week. I used to be WAYYYY to hard on myself, I am actually a very dedicated bodybuilder, I just didn't see it until now!

Back to normal next week - phew!

Looks like I've put 2lbs on this week, but think it's water from time of month so will see next week :-)

Off to see Valentine's Day today at the cinema - with my rice cakes...lol

Monday all back to normal!

Cardio done - got up to incline 10.0 to get HR up defo getting fitter.
Chest workout just completed with Carl, Incline BB Bench, Decline DB Press, Cable flyes on stability ball and Chest press dropset.

Also had an interview for a post called 'Weight Management Practitioner' - will reveal all if I get it - keep fingers crossed for me peeps!!!!

Valentine's Day was good, and Carl opting to not buy popcorn worked wonders - Minstrels don't smell ;-)

Just gotta say, got some invaluable posing advice last Weds from Kerry Napier - what a star, he managed to find a way to add an inch either side onto my lat spread! Showed Carl today for confirmation and he totally agreed, how excited am I?!

Also said Chrissie should do Physique with BNBF this year - now she just needs everyone else to tell her to too!!! Go, plague her journal! She got mega wide and grew even more deltage since last year....

Revved up already for a.m. cardio tomorrow and wish it was tomorrow today now! Only 2 weeks til I go to Canada, and would like to be sitting below 60kgs before I go!
