Nice buy mate, looks very good and solid, I'm a jealous man. Not bad either, £333 quid each, only works out about 10 months of gym membership! Although I would prefer a 3 or 4 day routine, if I had to do 2 day, I would probably do the following: Back/Legs/Biceps Bent over rows Squats Wide grip pulldowns Leg Extensions Preacher curls Chest/Shoulders/Triceps Bench press Incline press Shoulder press Shrugs Tricep press Put some extra bits in on the relevant days if you like, calf raises, seated rows etc.

Perfect mate, thanks for the responce, thats exactly what we were looking for. We're really looking forward to getting the delivery, this snow is just delaying it though. Like you said a great investment when going thirds on it, at £333 each its a bargain. I've have got a power rack as well which we are hoping there will still be room for in the garage but the Powertec machines is very large! I think we're going to start on a 2 day split and if required up it to a 3 day.

Sounds like you've got the perfect set up. Have you got loads of olympic weight discs too? If you can do a 3 day routine, my preferance would be: Chest/Triceps Back/Biceps Legs/Shoulders

Yep got about 200Kg worth of Olympics weights, couple of bars and a bench as well. I'm wondering if a 3 day would be better. I like the sound of your suggestion for the 3 day. I'll see what the other lads have to say. Thanks again.
