You can read an interview with Team MT member Luke Nichols here
Luke is an experienced competitor and is currently preparing for this year's UKBFF British Finals in the Heavyweight class. You can follow his progress in his journal, Luke's journal The photos with the interview were taken recently at a photo shoot by Fivos at the Ripped gym in Harlow, you can see Luke is looking in great shape!
