New Lad from West Yorkshire

Hi All,
I have recently decided to get in shape. I have always been a heavy set lad since I was 13 (I am now 24). I weigh 20stone 9 pounds and i think it is the heaviest i have ever been. I am 6ft 7" tall so that balances my body shape better thankfully.
I'll be looking to loose at least 2stone I hope so will post in the appropriate forums as time goes on with before and after photos too.
