New cycle - Sust and Deca!!

Hi guys,

I finished a cycle of Testex - test cyp 250mg, twice a week for 10 weeks, and nolva pct.

Gains were fantastic, and no sides whatsoever, it was amazing! Put on over 2 and a half stone and have kept 2. Really happy!

Been off for 2 months and looking to get back on.

I fancy running Sustanon and Deca cycle (the sust at 250mg per week for 12 weeks, the deca at 200mg per week for 10 weeks.) as i've heard good things about it.

Do these figures look okay, or should I be looking for higher amounts e.g double on both meds?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Personally I would be tempted to run a 500mg/wk Test cycle again as you did so well and had no bad side effects..............

yes up the test to 500, deca is a little low but see how you get on can always up it later on during cycle.

Sustanon needs to be injected EOD to maintain stable blood levels od the shortest test ester.
I've only used NPP in small doses and not used decanote as it is very supressive and makes recovery harder, which doesn't appeal to me, although I hear of many people who love it.
If you have Sustanon a great cycle is 250mg EOD, I know many people don't feel comfortable using this amount so 125mg EOD.
I am not against Deca, I just cannot advise on its use as I haven't use it myself, I have also heard that a safe ratio of test to deca is 2-1 i.e 400mg test to 200mg deca to keep your libido functioning normally, remember deca on its own converts to progesterone which is what rapist's are chemically castrated with!

This isn't true mate, there is only a very small amount of it, if you actually view the release rate of Testosterone from Sustanon it is almost identical to that of Enanthate/Cypionate - don't get confused by the small amount of faster acting esters and believe it requires EOD admin, as it doesn't!!

^^^^ as above sus does not need to be EOD.

x 3 Sust is absolutely fine shot twice a week, imo you'd be ok with 500mg Test + 200mg Deca... If you've shot 500mg Test before then shooting less wouldn't be as productive.

Either 500mg Test or

500mg Test + 200mg Deca

I will probably go with the 500 test + 200 deca option tbh, having seen a friend of mine use deca and the results he achieved, his body comp was amazing!!

To be honest I've injected sust 250 once per week with no ill side effects or problems at all between cycles when I had run out of ethianate.
 I've always been led to believe that EOD injections are optimum to take advantage of the shorter esters.  Thanks for the advice though I'm always open to learning and by no means think I know everything!

Also, big fella, do you agree with the 2-1 test  to deca ratio? This is just what I have been taught and am open to learning and hearing other peoples experiences and opinions.

I'm currentt on 1g of test per week and 400mg deca and 4 weeks into the deca (used tren for 8 weeks up to this and am switching up the meds and doseages every few weeks)
and to be honest I don't see the fuss with deca. My appetite has went a bit, not much water weight and no noticiable diference to when I was using test alone. Perhaps because I used tren I expected similar things from deca but I doubt I will use deca again tbh

keen to hear any replies to this myself? last cycle i done was 500 sust a week, and 500 deca a week both for 12 weeks, libido was hit hard (excuse the pun) tho

I would do 500 test and 500 Decca. I would run 2 shots per week with 1ml of Sus and 1ml of decca in same barrel.

I would be tempted to add an oral for weeks 1-4 e.g. Dbol to kick start it

Lol, im oh so very tempted to use Deca and Sust on my next bulk but i know it will turn me in to a puffer fish lol
