Funny how a post like this gets so many hits, people saying troll etc. and want to show the whole muscletalk community they know so much and make up there numbers, same as most forums. But nobody answered my question which was a serious one and did need the answer today, i've bumped it up anyway as I've done. So thanks guys obviously got too much time on your hands! I don't get your comments because you haven't posted in this topic???

I wouldn't wait a year....I'd wait about 5 years at least...and only then if everything in terms of training(having tried many routines, rep ranges etc..)and diet was spot on and you were sitting at 13 st and 15%bf..
 
You really don't understand the side effects and the physiological factor in steroids at all do you? But if you take the advice(and hopefully you will)then the good news is that you won't need to!
