Hello im starting a new meal plan today, my goal i dont actually know i think im gonna drop body fat and hopefully get stronger while losing bodyfat. i will be weights 3 or 4 times a weeks and 2 - 3 days interval training or 30 minutes,

Upon waking -                Maximuscle Cyclone ( i know its expensive but need to be able to review it myself )

Breakfast -                     50g Oats blended with a scoop of sci mentor choc chip protein tablespoon of olive oil,                                       or 3 eggs instead of the sci mentor. Grapefruit / Kiwi

Snack -                          50g Almonds, 50g chicken or small tin tuna

Lunch -                          130G Chicken, 50g Basmati rice, leafy green salad, onion, couple toms, tbls spoon                                            olive oil.

Snack -                          Protein Shake, Apple

Train an hour or 2 after - Cyclone post workout

Dinner -                         200g of turkey, chicken, fish, steak, lamb with broccoil, spinach, green                                                          beans,courgettes, Avocado 100g pineapple, maybe a sugar free jelly

Pre Bed -                     Syntha 6, 1 or 2 scoops, would have cottage cheese cant stand it,


I like the look of it, just wondering what other people input would be??

Heavy on supplements but looks ok I guess.  Might find you need more carbs pre-workout.

Using the cyclone so i can give a positive review in future im always getting asked whats cyclone like.

The protein is not a supplement in my terms its a food, just a quick and easy one lol,  i did 8 months meal plan chopping and changing and just had food and to be honest it takes over your life so giving this a go for a while.


i will revert back to food when my day lets me !!

You need more food and less supplements.
AGE: 21     
HEIGHT: 6FT 1"
WEIGHT: 10ST 2LB

STATUS: ON A LEAN CLEAN BULK!!!

Why more food less supplements based on what, i have eggs in there, oats, kiwi, grapefruit,apples, broccoli, spinach, onion, nuts, chicken, rice, lean meats for dinner.

Only supplement are cyclone which will be gone in 30 days, and i have protein shakes at a couple times per day, for convenience, as that what we all need in these days unless your a student and have more free time that work time
