Newbie - Powerlifting Style Training to increase Strength and Lean Mass

Hello all, I am 20, and had been a typical 'teen at the gym' for 2 years. I.e. Throwing dumbells around, always attempting weights too heavy and generally being a noob! Never included compound movements etc... you get the picture... I have now however, seen the light. Im not saying just doing isolation exercises didnt pack on some size, as I was about 62kg, at 6ft.. and before I started powerlifting training I weighed in at 78kg, with some decent upper body mass.... I now train with David Mills, an up and coming name in the powerlifting community. I hope to be an active member on Mucletalk, and will soon be posting a log on a supplement called Anabeta. Andy
