Hiya everyone
I have joined this forum hoping for moral support while I lose weight!
James on here is sorting my diet and I will see him every 2 weeks to get my diet changed regularly.
I put on 3 stone after having my son and my short term goal is to lose 2 and a half stone by Chritmas!
Ambitious but possible I think :)
At our last meeting I was 214lbs now I am 205lbs, still a long way to go but I will get there!

Lol! it's got good memories, I dont like the Eastwood Estate just outside, my ex lives there lol but apart from that I love it! I quite like cars too and it's good on a Saturday night! Just got a fiesta ST :)
