I want to highlight this fact.... Just because a personal trainer gives you a diet, it doesn't mean it's great. I don't know this personal trainer obviously, but I see a lot people working in a gym who are clueless. Post up your diet and we can all try to help.
I love the smell of steak in the morning...

Run the h-drol for 5 to 6 weeks mate and just source a serm for PCT, it's easy and better.

chiefy009 OK.I will get diet up.tonight So far I have this Halovol 50/50/75/75 Complete pct Milk thistle protein supplement ((using PhD at mo) Creatine cee run it at 75mg, 50 is low Also H-Drol only kicks in around 3 weeks so mos tpeople do 5-6 weeks as a 4 week cycle would mean stopping when it starts.

Oh dear, do you think I may have to rethink this a little and get some more advise on a good diet, see what gains I can get with a good diet and over the counter supplements, protein, glut amine, creatine cee

Yes mate, I gave him a food diary of everything that I ate and drank during a week and he came back with that for me

I will do that thanks, I am also going to look at using Animal M-Stak until I get my diet nailed down Still really considering given this ago once I get diet sorted, but honestly thanks guys for all your advice, I have picked up a lot and learnt alot over a few days
