Hellow mate. i hopefully it will be a good one. a bit worried about my pics like. carrying a little holiday weight. lol

Yep since the last SUC i,ve put on some poundage, i,ve had 2 weeks off the gym and been slack with my diet so getting back into the swing of things from tomorrow, then going balls out from next monday, I want to be in my best shape for the coming summer then gonna maintain it this time.

Its never to late to become what you might have been !

sounds like i plan.. i actually wouldn mind putting a bit more on to be honest i think i can handle it. then maybe an 8 week cut. but havin said that looking at stevieb in the last shape up its proof that an awsome body can by laying under there somewhere.. so maybe a full 12 week cut?? i dont know 100% yet but ill be keeping ya posted know doubt

Put up some photos with your goals, work your ass off for 12 weeks, put up after shots and then the MT population vote for who,s made the most progress, simples! Just start a journal in the shape-up section, earliest you can put your photos up is Saturday and the deadline is usually 8pm on the Monday, you need one of the photos to have proof of the date in it. Its never to late to become what you might have been !
