No Junk Food Diet

I wanted to start dieting tomorrow to lose weight and was wondering if stopping eating junk food will help me lose weight for the first month.
On a day i usually eat 2 packs of crisps, 2-3 bars of chocolate, 1-2 babybels(individual cheeses) and a fizzy lucozade. if i cut all of these out and had the same serving sizes of fruit and veg and lean protein, would i lose weight?
thanks
Jason

It certainly won't hurt. Not enough info on diet/training to say more.

There is probaly more calories in the crap you eat than a normals mans diet of 2500 calories per day.

You can still eat fast food but in moderation, first you need to drop the weight before you can start to eat choclate and fast foods in moderation.

Off course you will lose weight, even without cardio you will lose weight, but adding cardio to your weight loss will shed as much as 3 to 4 lbs per week for the first month.
Jason get rid off all that crap you are eating, get in the gym,go steady at first with weights and cardio.....stay with it for 1 to 2 months...Look at yourself how you was and how you are now and I believe you will be shameful of your diet.

    Good look.

    Regards

Research subcutaneous and visceral fat, that alone should answer your question.

Bodies are built in the kitchen, not the gym and to be honest if you have to ask if you'll lose weight cutting out junk food then it would help you enormously to read up on the macronutrients protein, fat and carbohydrates to see the purpose of each in a daily diet.

Not flaming, but once you have a better understanding of what you put in your body you'll realise why a decent diet is necessary for muscle gain and fat loss.

No amount of training can undo a bad diet.
Knew macro update 100% backed with science and gentics at least twice per weak, accuratelity dosed for more digest able protien synthesis, defiantly recommend.
