jedi 107.5? 110 x 6 should see you to 130 no problem I would've thought. What happened to 100 x 10? Hey jedi, thanks for dropping by. I'm following 531 and 107.5kg x 1+ was the aim 100x10 will fall soon enough. I've got a deload week next week then target for the following week is 100x5+, hopefully I get 10reps 110x6 is definately doable too I reckon, I got 110x3 at the start of the summer so would be pleased with 6, 531 seems to be working for me.

Good session today. Session lasted 1hr 15min which is longer than I'd like but is only a one off. Had a sample of SuperPump but the packet is only half a serving so mixed it in with one serving of NO xplode too I think it had the desired effect! 03/09 Military Press 4 warmup sets 55kg x 5 62.5kg x 3 70kg x 6 PB ...Almost fell over backwards after the 5th rep 82.5kg x 1 PB ...Slowest rep ever!! 50kg x 10 50kg x 10 Chins BW - 8 sets of 6 (54 reps in total) Dips BW x 12,11,9,8,8,7 (55 reps) Seated Curls / Weighted situps superset 17.5kg x 8 / 10kg x 12 17.5kg x 8 / 10kg x 12 17.5kg x 8 / 10kg x 12

Nice MP weights, I always do seated behind the head press and I reckon with those numbers you could do 90kg seated easily as it seems easier to me. I noticed some chins in there too

Out pressing me on the MP are you? Right, well, we'll see about that then. Sorry to hear you've had to start using a 'superpump'.

jack5r You should have 85+ in you fresh. Must be very close to body weight overhead strict..? Good work. Yeah mate, I'd think so. Ahah, not particulary close to bodyweight tbh my weight skimps around 96-98kg! However I've cut a few kcals lately and my abs are starting to come through - while *touchwood* strength seems to be increasing still (allbeit very slowly). I think 95kg would be ideal if I keep my lifts going up, then bulk upto 100kg before christmas However, I'll be attempting a 100kg clean+press over the next week or so, I'll be happy with that

As long as you manage the clean, the press should go up easy. Pretty sure I could jerk up 90kg now and my strict press is only 60-65ish. Or are you going to push press? Either way you should get it.

Jack, I cleaned 100kg last week so know I'm good for it I'll see how I feel on the day. I'm not sure what the technical term is as my technique is pretty much different everytime, but somewhere between a conventional push press/ jerk / and maybe a split thrown in too for good measure! My main aim is just to get the thing over my head. Dave, well when you put it that way *sigh*, we'll see. Dip and drive ey, you've no excuse now matey!
