You blew £55 on online roulette - gutted. Cash some and set yourself a limit, it's gambling 101 When I was about 6 I won the Jackpot on a fruity crossing the channel.... within about 30mins I'd put it all back in. Still haunts me to this day but I learned my lesson early and have never been tempted since

I know I know! And I was abiding by such rules. I've always been one of those people to criticise gamblers who never know when enough is enough. It was the first time I'd used it, and I basically won about £20 in 10mins or so. However after that, the patterns started going very odd, almost to the point of unbelievable, hence my online witch hunt now for corrupt online roulette systems

Cheers jackson. Been pretty frustating/tedious to be honest. If I even scratch and itch near the scar atm I break out in a rash! Allbeit temporary. I'm still not convinced that surgery was the right course of action unfortunately at it still feels pretty tight, but time will only tell. I was going to bypass posting tonight session, given the embaressing weights but **** it. Should hopefully be a tad more respectful in the not-so-distant future. 27/02 BB Squat: 2 warmup sets then 70x12, 70x10, 75x8, 80x6, 80x6 Front Squats onto box: 50x6, 60x6, 70x6, 70x6 Goodmorning: 40x8, 40x8, 40x8 Weight Situps: 10kg x10x3 Done in 35mins. All done easy enough, will up 5-10kg next week. Confidence in the squat seems to be lacking unfortunately, only practice will hopefully get me past this. Missus is up this weekend so no training. Shoulders on Monday, then either cardio or back on tuesday depending how long I get stuck in Uni.

Hope things are going well with the bionic arm (well you can hope carn't you :)) Haha, cheers big guy. Another stitch came to the surface last night, semi-dissolved. Still abit of puss here and there, but other than that, going as well as can be expected, just a little frustrating tis all. But my eatings sorted now with a half reasonable diet plan so I've not been adding anymore fat too. nice going sicknote As supportive as ever Dave, ta bud

And the mediocrity continues! 02/03 Chins/Pullups: Various with and without assistance band to stretch forearm. T-Bar Rows: 10x20kg, 10x30kg, 8x40kg, 6x50kg, 6x55kg, 6x55kg BB Row: 10x60kg, 8x60kg, 6x60kg DB Row: 3x6 @ 30kg Upright Row: 12x20kg, 10x25kg, 8x30kg, 8x30kg, 8x30kg Not an eartth shattering session, but everything was pretty comfortable and poundages will move up again. But I was all done and dusted in 40minutes which was suprising.

Abslutely, don't put yourself down co sthen you'll tempt yourself into a silly lift and set yourself back. Have a plan, play it safe, ride it out - unlike me you have planty of training time ahead of you You want mediocrity - it was chest day for me today, now there is mediocrity epitomised

Cheers guys, and special thanks to Jedi, my motivational coach. 03/03 Squat: 12x75kg, 10x75kg, 8x80kg, 6x90kg, 6x90kg Front Squat onto 17" Box: 60kgx6, 75kgx6, 75kgx6, 75kgx6 Goodmornings: 3x8 @45kg BB Curl: 12x20kg, 10x25kg, 8x30kg, 6x35kg, 6x35kg Hammer Curl: 2x8 @15kg Seated DB Curl: 2x8 @15kg Took about 63mins. Today was meant to be chest/biceps but switched it round. Kept biceps in so I'll just do chest friday. Reason for this is because I stupidly said I'd play Saturday at my old club so probably wise not to train legs the day before. Tomorrow I'll hopefully go club training for the first time in 10months!

Once I've added 30kg onto those squat figures I'll feel abit better. Also, once I man up, I'll add some RDL's into my leg sessions too. Have those vials under your bed proved to be too much temptation yet? Or are you still waiting for your leg to recover?

LOL this was to be the week, and then I seemed to aggrevate my adductor that I pulled playing bball about a month ago. The hammy still isn't right but it's not the hinderance it was. I think I need to address volume around that area tho as I constantly ache behind my knees ATM so there could be a link..... FS, SLDL or RDL, Ham curls, PP seems to use them a tad, obviously DL does then there's the cardio I do and the high volume calf blast (that all crosses the same area behind the knee)

It does seem to be easing, but no real plan, just ice, massage and ibuprofen I'll rest it when I go on holiday at the end of the summer (if I've not lost the limb by then LOL)
