Hi Guys! I'm Greg, 25, and i work in I.T Im no stranger to the gym ive been going a good few years, usually 5 times a week where possible, but its only the past year i've took my weight training seriously i really enjoy it so though it would be a good idea to join up here to pick your knowledgeable brains on a few things. My main goal is to loose some of my excess fat but still increase my strength but im struggling to do both at the same time. Which i hope is where you peeps come in I currently weigh about 90kg @ 5ft 10 Cheers

Welcome mate Im sure with the correct diet and work out plan you can achieve your goals Have a good read around the site plenty of info for you to take in
