Not back squatting at all at the moment mate and haven't in probably 2 years.

Doing fronties and bottom position squats though.

Love the wry smile at getting up that 95kg snatch pb.

Guessing Pagan is not the biggest fan of Glee, either that or he is the biggest and it's a dig
Awesome pic, but Tony you're not doing yourself many favours posting up tips on preventing the gag reflex and then a picture of a guy touching his toes - Ak

Why do people feel the need to butcher classic songs???

              Good training, though.

The wry smile was cause the rep was a total pile of ****.

Pagan is Glee's biggest fan.  His favourite TV programme is also some dating show on ITV that has fit women turning lights on or something.

My daughter shot over to the lap top when see heard the 'Glee' tune

shes says 'wow he's strong, can he lift a building?'

                      most probably was my answer.

Have acquired lots of things from strongmen who are selling stuff they no longer want.

The rest I get from www.atlasstones.co.uk

Cheers. Want to make up some things myself as picked up some more steel and have access to a lot of bits needed to fabricate some.

Even gonna have a go at making a stone once the weather brightens up a bit. Only because it's too muddy to use it right now.

Next time we drive to Scotland I'm not talking  to you c*nt !

Anyway , f*ck you, Glee rocks....actually I dont watch this programme. I only have a vauge idea of the plot , I just found the ultra camp lad in it funny on the adds and the mad lady teacher who plays the exact same character she did in 'Role Models'.

I see you have not mentioned getting banned horse drugs on your bellend over here

I could've used that tip about equiblock a week ago Tony! I've had Blue-Heat-Balls before, but that doesn't even COMPARE to equi-dick!
