I had to go shopping for work trousers today and I ended up having to buy a size 10!! I have never been that size in my life. So, I haven't lost any weight in the last 6 months but need smaller clothes.... it must be working!!! Just shows me , what I see in the mirror obviously doesn't translate to my brain.. anyway, that has given me a good dose of motivation.

Brilliant, well done. You must feel great! I had lost 12kg so far and now I am reaching size 8. All my clothes are too baggy now and had to replace most of my wardrobe. Not such a bad thing at all. I used to hate shopping in the past because nothing ever fitted me properly. Now it's completely different. It is actually a nice experience, just like yours was.
