Nutrisport 90+ and other good vaule protein

Is this good enough for use everyday, i cant justify spending like 35quid or 2.25kg of protein, then you can get 4kg xtreme whey from discount supps for £35, mix them both together, and you have a good quality protein, 9kilos for about 75quid with delivery or can anyone think of a better way..

For day to day use to help bump up your protein levels they are pefectly ok. They are just more simplistic in their approach and as your training progresses you will either deem them suitable for continued use or you may find you need something a little more complex. Either way they can always be used as a good go between or as a base upon which you can add in your own additions

It is fine as a protein shake. I know many 'advanced' trainers who use it, who get along fine with it.

It is a very decent blend of casein and whey, what complexities would you like to add?

Just the likes of L-Glutamine, possible some EFA's or MCT's if you like to have them in your shakes. Also if you wanted a more MRP type shake then you could add in some Waxy maize, Malto or Ground Oats etc. I personally don't think you need to add in anymore protein as the blend is good enough as a basic protein source.

One of the easiest sources to get hold of would be Coconut oil, although not sure how it would affect the taste. You can get MCT Oil aswell. You're probably better sticking to keeping MCT's to the cooking options and going more for EFA's and Good fats in your shake via Flaxseed Oil, Olive Oil, Omega's etc. Some people like to blend in peanut butter into their shakes. Remember though you don't need huge quantities so balance any additions you make alongside your output, body weight and the rest of your dietry intake.

medici whats mct's would you add in then lex? Other things that might affect the quality (+price!) of protein would be things like prebiotics (and any other digestive aids) which are pretty useful when consuming large amounts of protein. Also sometimes added are Aminogen/Bioperine type of things which increase the digestion rate of the protein.

Probiotics would assist your body in digesting the often large amount of protein we as bodybuilders and weight trainers take in on a daily basis.

medici so in which case, something like boditronics express whey would be a good option? or reflex instant whey? They're slighty different products - Reflex Instant Whey is a whey protein, Boditronics Express Whey is a whey/casein blend which is more similar to Nutrisport 90+

Yes the Boditronics Express Whey has prebiotics, glutamine and BCAAs - but if you are deciding between that and the Reflex you need to decide whether to choose a whey or a whey/casein blend. Whey is better first thing in the morning and post-workout, whereas the whey/casein blend is better for throughout the day to stop muscle break down, and it is also suitable for post-workout.

medici would the standard gym person, good diet, good training..etc..get better gains from using cnp pro peptide as opposed to nutrisport? you cant really say someone would or would not get 'better gains' from using one of those products than the other. Theres just so much to take into account. both, to me at least, are two competely different products designed for different jobs. ProPeptide is ideal for pre-bed due to its high casein, whey and egg white proteins which slowly drip feed your body, perfect for while you sleep. Nutrisport 90+ is mainly a day to day all purpose protein powder which you can use for a number to things, including post-workout if you wished. I wouldnt use this for a pre-bed shake tho, as its high in fast absorbing protein Isolate.
