Nutritional values of nuts

I keep finding different nutritional values of certain nuts everywhere I look - I looked on myprotein at their cashews and walnuts and this is the info: cashews Per 100g: Energy (kj): 570 Energy (kcal): 570 Protein: 15g Carbohydrates: 33g Total Fat: 46g Of which saturates: 9g Dietary Fibre: 3g Sodium: 16mg walnuts Per 100g: Energy (kj/kcal): 2721 Energy (kcal): 650 Protein: 15g Carbohydrates: 14g Total Fat: 65g Of which saturates: 6g Dietary Fibre: 7g Sodium: 2mg I then buy some walnuts from Macro and this is the info on the packet: cashews: 564 cals protein 20.2g carbs 16.5g fat 46.4g fibre 3.8g walnuts: 688 cals protein 14.7g carbs 3.3g fat 68.5g fibre 3.5g I was then in Morrisons and the info on their packaging was the same as the ones bought from Macro, but then I looked on a nutrional values website and the info is the same as myproteins Which is the correct one? The maths for the the Macro and Morrisons packets adds up while the myprotein and the website I looked on doesn't, or am I missing something?

The Gold Standard is McCance and Widdowson's The Composition of Foods books - go by what's in there.
