OATS, cooked or uncooked?

i was just wondering does it make a difference ? i dont like cooked oats but can eat them uncooked no problem.

Actually both are already cooked. Rolled oats are steamed and pressed, so they arent raw. You can eat them as is if you like.

Yep as above. And I put mine straight into my shake, leave for 5 mins, then drink/chew.

i used to eat them raw with milk.... if i eat it hot it just makes me really lathargic
