they didnt have him at the start of the season tho and did poorly?? he returns and the results come, few goals few assists already for him, if he went out for another long spell 6/10 weeks whos coming in for him? Nani?:S, it didnt work in the opening few games with out him.

rooney - tevez - berbatov

scholes, anderson, carrick, giggs, nani, hargreaves - any of these in the middle

or

4-4-2

giggs/nani - scholes - anderson/carrick/hargreaves - rooney

maybe they dont have another 40 goal per season player. but would they be ****ed without him? honestly

the point im stressing is that if united or chelsea lose there big players they have cover.

look at arsenal, look at liverpool, look at man city

rooney on the right is a waste tho.. still not sure if fergie can play all 3 together at once! i def dont htink he can play those 3 and ronaldo at once.. would mean playin probs rooney out of position.. and it hasnt really worked has it?!!!!

Nani/Giggs are nowhere near as influential as C.Ronaldo.

Nor is Tevez or Rooney.

Ronaldo was a handful of goals away from scoring more than all 4 put together last season.

united would not be ****ed with ronaldo same as liverpool would not be ****ed with out torres

Ronaldo did scored 31 premier goals last season

His 4 replacements scored 32 goals between them

they didnt win the title or a champ league when he was a one trick pony??, take away ronaldo, take away a lot of united goals from him and ones he makes for others. I dont care who they bring in they wont be any where near as effective.

at the moment when he is not playing then they are lacking up front

Well unless one of your four replacement has a "freak" season then united will be be down 15-20 goals this season on last which may mean points dropped so?

I believe united and chelsea more equipped to replace there main men than liverpool or arsenal

l'pool wouldnt ****t if we lost SG tho!! i know it was only 1 game, but we proved we can put together a great performance without him and nado by beatin utd!
masch is world class and so is xabi so we have plenty cover for SG in the middle. lucas is an excellent prospect for the future too..
imo we are more equipped than the gunners, but still off the pace of utd and chelsea in that respect!

mascherano is f*ckin amazin.. rarely misses a tackle, and imo there arent many people who can distribute the ball as well as xabi does!!
