ian st john looked pretty upset at the end there whe they were talkin about shanks and todays recult.. he must be gutted that the club has gone from the levels it reached in his hay-day to the sh1te we're goin thru now..
liverpool to battle with city and spurs for 5th 6th and 7th unfoirtunately..i know it's only a game, but its starting t get really depressing how poorly we're playing at the moment!

Because Fergie got cocky thinking he could rest a few decent (scoring a hat trick one day, sub the next!?)  players and played Park and then took of his best player of the first half (Giggsie).  

I'd have been annoyed if I was a Utd fan, its a game they should have won.  Bar hitting the bar, I don't think Utd looked like scoring really, the performance was a little flat.

^Yesterday, they just didn't look right with Arshavin up front on his own.  Obviously they won (and he scored), so it doesn't matter too much as far as yesterday goes, but in the grand scheme of things it wouldn't hurt them to bring in a decent sized front man.  I think Van Persie is class though, just a shame he is injured.

A fit Van Nistelrooy would be an amazing signing for any of the top 4.

am not looking forward to Song going off to africa he has been our player of the season so far IMO.

I agree, Song has been good, he gives you that bit of steel in the middle of the park when he plays midfield.  Also as mentioned RVN would be perfect for Arsenal, he's a real poacher and the ball will be in and around the box constantly at Arsenal, he's just what you need to finish it off.

well he did sign a 5 year contract i doubt they can afford to release him

Also Stephen Warnock has been tremendous, i think he'll go to the WC ahead of Bridge, how Liverpool would love Warnock back in their team now.
