Yeah when drogba was fouled why did that prik blow the whistle for full time there was still time left to hit the free kick, chelsea could of sealed the 3 point, the free kick was in a very dangerous position especially with drogba, lampard, ballack and alex on the pitch, candidates to hit it.

Liverpool? More like LOLerpool!

Remind me who you support?

Not Lolerpool anyway!

As usual the Anfield bandwagon comes crashing back down to earth at the first hurdle following a half decent result.

0-0 at home to Stoke, next stop The Premier League title!

like someone said a few pages back.. we slipped up against stoke.. so f*ck!! every team will have a mini run or a slip up against someone they should be beating!!

i dont see any anfield bandwagon comin crashin down at all mate... we're still 11 pts from 5 games which is more than what UTD can achieve from their 5 now and we're within 2 pts of the leaders.. we slipped up.. we'll get over it!!

5 games in people! people writing off the pool, people saying if chelsea had beaten united then united season is over etc. is laughable

IF and i mean if, torres and keane can start connecting in a way that leads to goals as so far they aint been then Liverpool can contend for the title.

Impressive win for city though i didnt see the match yet so im not sure if pompy were bad or city were good

Stephen Ireland was quoted as saying City and invincible now.

Obviously he thought he was playing for the other blue team last weekend

With the amount of points that Liverpool drop - and they will drop a great deal thanks to Mr Benitez - they can not afford drawing at home to the likes of Stoke City and have any genuine chance of winning the title.

More importantly Rio was the last defender, he should have been sent off.   Very suspicious indeed, Mike Riley is obviously a Man u fan.  Remember when he gave Man U a penalty against arsenal when Rooney dived?  A few decisions went uniteds way this match too.   Something isnt right here

You havent answered my question yet, and btw we are one of the 2 teams in the league that are still unbeatin, but that doesnt count for that much when you draw at home.

Did you see ronaldo's blatant dive when lampard supposively hacked him, he should get fined or something. Hes a quality player but lowers himself by diving which i havent seen him do for a while, he did it alot in his first season at utd, but to do it again.

Yeah once you see the reply lampard was no where near him, pretty disgraceful for a world class player.

no worse than joe cole's theatrical face clutching dive early on in the game, pretending he had been elbowed in the face.

It would be good if they introduced retrospective yellow cards for diving.

Though i don't think Ronaldo would see any action on the pitch until about 2014.

Yeah lpool with a derserved victory everton where there for the taking should have scored more.

Ill say this for the second time, riley is a shi* ref, pretty bad perf again today, giving cahill a straight red for a challenge that was a yellow, and stopping the game far tooo much not letting it flow and and torres should of had a hat trick too, but he said kuyt was pushing lescott when he wasnt doing nothing hes a joke atm.

Utd being held by bolton at half time :)

Chelsea winning 1 nil against stoke no surprise there.

I expect arsenal to whop hull tbh, but i hope they dont.

Well at the start of the season i didnt see nothing special about him but hes impressing me now, decent enough defensively and good attacking, good crosses too.

Good to see penant back too :)

I hope you've cursed arsenal 0-0 HT :)

yeah good result for us today!! dint quite pay off in the 1st half but we were at them like we were against united.. chasin everythin.. kuyt worked his sweaty little t!ts off which is always good t see :-)
nando loked quiet til he got a sight of goal.. haha!! good man!!
wasnt sure about the cahill challenge.. was late, studs showin but most the time u see a yellow branded for that.. wasnt impressed wi him and fallaini (sp) today tho.. constantly late in challenges tryin t get sly digs in.. especially on nando.. no wonder he got pist!! dint get much protection in terms of digs and late challenges on him etc!!

dosenna looks decent.. strong guy, likes to run wi it!! would like to see agger back tho in the middle.. big fan of skrtel but goin forward u cant beat agger!! he will get us 4-5 goals a season whereas skrtel wont!!
babel a no show so will be fresh for europe next wk  :-)

I know QPR are not Premier League, but today's performance against Derby was diabolical. After the great result against Villa on Wednesday,i thought we would have been up for it against a poor Derby side.

We had little possesion and when we had the ball our passing was terrible.Derby dominated the game.

We have to beat Blackpool on Tuesday.

The draw against Man U in the Carling Cup is a cracker though.

This is the main reason i don't like watching games with the 'big 4'.

All the 4 managers do is moan after the game if they don't win.Always someone else's fault, never their players.

i would have to disagree t be honest.. fergie has a reputation of moanin a little.. used to be a hell of a lot worse!! rafa tends to acknowledge when we havent played well and doesnt tend to cling on to wat could have been thru moanin etc.. wenger does have a good moan, and fro what ive seen of scholari, he actually seems like a decent guy!
the worst is martin o neill imo!! such a winey old man!!

All i want from a manager is to tell the truth.

If we played crap (like today ),why can't they just say that we played poor and the other team played better.

The top 4 managers spend the week after moaning to the press about how they were shafted by the ref or linesman.

And their players NEVER commit a foul or deserve to be sent off.

Sometimes i actually enjoy being in the Championship and not having to get involved in this rubbish.

I think some managers don't blame their own players as they see it as counter productive, imagine you made a mistake at work that cost your company a contract, then your boss goes on national TV and publicly slags you off for your error. won't do anyone any good. the old saying is "don't wash your dirty washing in public".

as for "moaning to the press all week" I think it is more likely that the manager makes a comment in the heat of the moment then the press drag it out all week, making a mountain out of a mole hill, it's what the british press do best, they will do anything to sell papers, ask Piers Morgan.

But the top 4 appeal every red card, and in the post-match interviews blame everyone else except their own players.

The top 4 ARE NOT UNBEATABLE!!!.

The sooner they realise that the better for the Premier League.

No need for babel today i suppose but unfortnately babel will prob play and riera will be benched with kuyt on the right againnn. Its all good when we are winning but when we arent doing well in a match then we will look and see kuyt is playing on the right while babel or riera are on the bench and will be lucky to get 20mins.

Just proven to all of you's that im not just complaining about kuyt on the right when will lose or draw, but always, got nothing against i think he would do decent up front although he had a ****ish 1st season up front.

Every week i hope one the top 4 apart from lpool slip up, but i was honestly predicting arsenal to whopp hull.
