It would be beneficial to source letro.

50mg ATD is fine.  Remember to take at least 25mg just before bed

If gyno is already present it is not going to go away. Letro I think  will be your only option.

Tbh your just going to have to  come to terms with them. Mine are exactly the same. Most people have a slight bit of gyno even those who haven't used AAS or DS's.  You have to rememeber it is only noticable to you.

I've never run a cycle and I get it, some days its better than others but it really bothers me. Thought it might be water because of the creatine??

My nips are slightly better... no way perfect but compared to what they were like I'm starting to feel calmer about the situation

          @mark

dude, i wouldn't worry about slightly puffy nips unless you have lumps forming, especially if your lass doesn't notice anything.

a way to reassure yourself is to do a few sets of push-ups, enough to get a chest pump.  work it from all angles ie feet elevated, different hand positions, really get your chest pumped.  have a good flex and check yourself out in the mirror.  i'm certain your 'gyno' will have gone away.

if you're carrying a little bodyfat like me you are bound to have a bit of 'fluff' around your nipples.  after a chest session and for a few days after my nips look fine, getting to the end of the week i notice more 'fluff'.

try what i said and fingers crossed you'll get a little reassurance that it's not gyno.  as over the last 10 months, if you were getting gyno you probably would have a much more pronounced case of it by now and not nailing it sooner.  i don't think taking an ai would do anything even if it was but if it makes you feel better go for it!

thanks rokkus, i'm 90% certain it isnt gyno.

the hardened/larger muscle immediately behind the 'teet' of the nipple seems less red today and less sensitive. hopefuly with time the hypertrophy/inflammation will decrease...

your idea about the fat loss is something i do want to try aftr xmas to see if that helps with the underlying puffyness

After researching the forums, it seems puffy nipps is a very common affliction but few openly talk about it in the real world

haha... aye.  i can't imagin any of the lads bringing up puffy nips down the gym, not very macho!

the higer your bodyfat the more puffy your nipples will be, that's just the way it goes.  the exception being overweight people especially fatties, who have the misfortune to suffer the man-boob.  if you think about the average build of dudes in this country then you're looking at a lot of people with puffy nipples and boobs.

Are you saying that Letro or even ATD can remove puffy nips permanently or is it just going to get rid of them while taking the above?

I have seen a few cases where the use of letro has reversed gyno, for good.

I have only seen one case with ATD.  The chap was taking 75mg IIRC, 50mg before bed, and 25mg with breakfast

If it is pubertal gyno (pseudo-gyno) then I am unsure, this is referring to real gyno (actual hard lump under the nipple)

update: no longer is the tissue/muscle hard/dense, but the overall size seems the same... but its only just 1.5 weeks in (assuming its oestro related)
