SUC for me is now over, due to work / financial commitments! 04 January 2012 10:35 (permalink)

Hi All

My official entry into the world of SUC, although very nervous about sticking my pictures up, I'm looking forward to getting stuck in to it.

Going for a fatloss / cut and attempt to push my strength up along with it, had loads of help from Ox & Beighy to get my workouts sorted and am confident of hitting my goals.

Hoping to lose at least 3 stone, 6ft 3 & currently around 21 stone but will confirm that on Monday when I weigh in at the gym and put up the pictures.
