Hi, does anyone else find that oats gives them real bad gas? If so what do you to minimise the effects?

Switch to another carb source, or reduce the amounts? Although you could look into perhaps some kind of gut health / digestion protocol that could help with these issues? I'm not an expert in that area though.

I usually take quick cook/minute oats and blend them in a shake, they have already been through a flash heat process in which they have already cooked slightly. however I don't suffer gas from ingesting any form of oats cooked or or uncooked. you may try blending them in with yogurt to aid in the digestion. I like to change up my shakes with homemade yogurt, it's easy to mass produce on the cheap that way.
