Easy all, been on her some time and have meant to get round to doing a journal for some time and as were in winter now is the time to bulk and ive decided as from mon 2 nov im going to start my first cycle!!!
Ok im currentley 6ft 3 and up and down beetween 14st and 14.5
It all began around oct 2007 when i started to diet from a peak reading of 23st
To exactly 13st this was taken on hol that i aimed to reach 13st for aug 2008
This is how i look now (not exactly a great pic but ill get better ones asap)
My plan is to add mass and gain more strength
Current typical week of training Mon- chest+triceps
Tue- legs
Wed- rest
Thur- back+biceps
Fri- shoulders
Sat-rest
Sun-rest
Before each session i do a warm up on the treadmill for around 10 mins untill i reach 100 cal
Diet Varys from day to day, usually cereal for breakfast, snack in beetween dinner, chick/ham cob and fruit and yogurt for dinner, train then have shake straight away.Usually chicken e.t.c and rice or pasta for tea followed by fruit, then chicken/cottage cheese before bed.
Over this weekend before my cycle im going totally revamp my diet which i will post up :)
